This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced project leader to shape high‑quality housing schemes, lead a talented team, and influence how we deliver homes across our communities.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Development Projects and Quality, you’ll lead the successful delivery of new build housing developments from contract start through to handover. You’ll ensure every scheme is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest possible quality, while meeting the needs of our customers, partners, and regulators.
You’ll also take on leadership responsibility, managing and developing a team of four Delivery Project Managers to drive performance, consistency, and excellence across all projects.
