Job summary
Within Therapies we have an opportunity for a band 2 Administrative/Clerical Receptionist to join a 20+ strong administrative team across four main therapy departments. Your base will be Lincoln site. The job involves supporting therapy services to maintain Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy departments out puts across the sites.
Main duties of the job
To ensure patients receive appointments within the local and national targets set.
To ensure patients and staff receive all relevant information in a timely, accurate and effective way.
To ensure all data relating to patients is captured in a timely and accurate manner. To provide a customer focused booking service.
To provide reception services, to relevant areas in a professional, understanding and courteous manner.
To follow agreed procedures and protocols.

Qualifications

1. GCSE (Grade C or above) in Maths and English (or equivalent qualification)
2. OR NVQ Level 2 in relative subject, Customer Care skills or Administration (or equivalent qualification) or at least working towards

3. RSA CLAIT qualifications or ECDL or equivalent
