Partner Success Manager — Recruiter Network

Role Overview

Spearhead route-to-market strategies, ad responses, attraction campaigns with marketing, and affiliate networks for recruitment-to-recruitment firms.

Onboard partners embodying “the Myn Way”—autonomy, output-focus, and platform mastery—while collaborating with Client Solutions Director, Marketing Director, CTO, and cross-functional teams as a core partner success driver.

Key Responsibilities

* Craft onboarding processes, LearnWorlds training content and platform training to align with Myn GTM strategy.
* Manage the relationship with LinkedIn and the performance of our partners using the enterprise talent solutions product suite, providing additional training as and when required.
* Drive HubSpot adoption and work with partners and Sales Director to populate business development pipeline.
* Network white-collar contractor recruiters via ads, events, and affiliates; manage responses and strategies for explosive growth.
* Design creative engagement activities enhancing partners’ skills; operate as super-user, treating partner acquisition as an internal MSP.
* Work with product development team to convert partner feedback into platform feature enhancements
* Identify bottlenecks in existing processes and collaborate with internal stakeholder to drive efficiencies and create seamless workflows that optimise activity.
* Champion brand values and foster adherence to Myn’s entrepreneurial culture.

* Training/development expertise paired with creative flair for content that drives platform adoption.
* Recruitment background in white-collar contractor verticals preferred; must radiate entrepreneurial energy matching Myn’s no-politics, merit-driven tribe—bold, driven, and output-obsessed.
* Experience creating and delivering training modules using an online learning platform
* Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solution product suite
* Elite communicator and networker with South England/London proximity
* Super-user tech proficiency; collaborative yet autonomous.
* Attention to detail - Strong written and verbal skills and the ability to properly articulate the Myn offering to potential partners and clients.
* Organisation skills - Process focused and is inclined to review and measure success and identify areas for improvement.
