About the Role
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you’ll be responsible for a range of administrative tasks that support the day-to-day operations of the workshop and wider team. You’ll help manage systems, coordinate communications, and ensure accurate data handling across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide full administrative support to the Workshop Manager and wider team.
* Manage SAP and PSP systems, including data input and reconciliation.
* Support diary management and email handling for the FSM.
* Maintain accurate records and filing systems (both electronic and hard copy).
* Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve queries.
* Ensure compliance with Royal Mail’s health and safety procedures.
About You
You’re a confident communicator with strong organisational skills and a flexible, team-oriented approach. You’re comfortable working independently within a structured framework and have a keen eye for detail.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with M5, SAP, and PSP is desirable.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good numeracy and data analysis skills.
* Willingness to learn internal systems and processes, including finance and procurement procedures.
The role will be based at our Worcester but you may be asked to travel to another site in the ocal cluster (approx. 3-4 days a month). Sites include Rugby, Northampton, Corby and Derby.
