The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 Basic (Depending on your experience and qualifications).
* Bonus: Performance‑related bonus scheme to boost your monthly take‑home.
* Hours: Monday – Friday Only (Strictly no weekends).

What You Will Be Doing
* Full Service: Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs.
* Diagnostics: Using modern diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
* Major Repairs: Handling brakes, suspension, clutches, and timing belts with precision.
* MOT Support: Assisting with MOT preparation and safety inspections to high standards.
* Teamwork: Working collaboratively in a busy, professional workshop with a supportive service team.
Are You The One?
* Qualifications: You are qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
* Experience: You have a solid background in a professional workshop environment.
* Mindset: You are a "can‑do" person who takes pride in accurate, safe, and efficient work.
* License: You hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
* Bonus: An MOT Tester licence is a great addition, but not essential.
