We are recruiting Elite Contract Support Officers to protect and support a portfolio of high-profile, prestigious sites across London.
This role calls for security professionals who are adaptable, highly presentable, and exceptional in both communication and customer interaction. You will ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and clients at all times. A strong background in corporate security, excellent IT proficiency, and the ability to multitask effectively are essential.
Role: Elite Contract Support Officer
Pay Rate: £14.70 per hour
Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Various (Days, Nights & Weekends – must be fully flexible)
Location: London (multiple prestigious sites)
Requirement: Valid Frontline and CCTV SIA Licence

Main Duties:
* Act as a professional point of contact and information centre for staff, visitors, and tenants
* Maintain exceptional communication and customer interaction at all times
* Follow all written and verbal instructions precisely
* Control access points and manage visitor entry
* Conduct regular patrols to protect people, property, and assets
* Investigate incidents and take appropriate action in line with policy
* Complete accurate daily reports, logs, and surveillance documentation
* Communicate effectively across all platforms, including verbal and written
Must-Haves:
* Valid frontline SIA licence and CCTV
* Minimum 2 year’s corporate security experience
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills
* Excellent personal presentation and professionalism
* IT literate and confident using security systems and emergency equipment
* Fast thinker with strong problem-solving skills
* Positive attitude and resilience when facing challenges
* Ideally available across 7 days per week
