Are you an organised and proactive administrator with a passion for supporting academic excellence? We are looking for a dedicated Faculty Administrator to join our team within the Faculty of Education, Arts, Science and Technology.

In this post, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to academic teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of faculty activities. A key focus of the post is supporting work aligned with Professional, Statutory and Regulatory Bodies (PSRBs) and Ofsted requirements, making your contribution essential to maintaining the Faculty’s high standards and regulatory compliance.

You’ll work closely with academic leads, professional services, and external stakeholders to coordinate documentation, prepare for inspections and audits, and support programme reviews and validations. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities will help ensure our programmes continue to meet the highest standards.

Postholder will be expected to work occasional weekends to support interviews.
