This role is all about providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations across Skills Centre Plus. You will be coordinating office activities, organising documentation and maintaining efficient administrative systems to ensure a high-quality service for our learners. Being the first point of contact, we are looking for a warm and welcoming people person who has a love of everything organised and ship-shape
This is a 12 month Fixed term role working 16 hours a week.
Some of the experience/skills we need to consider you (Dont worry if you dont tick every box):
1. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
2. Previous experience in frontline administration roles in education, learner support or something similar.
3. Highly organised and take pride in your accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Proficient in Microsoft packages (outlook, teams, word, excel) and are comfortable learning how to use new systems.
5. Have excellent written and verbal skills and engage well with colleagues and stakeholders.
6. Ability to work as a team, under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
7. Ability to work collaboratively with others, whether in the same team or external support providers
8. Time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
9. You’re a positive, energised and enthusiastic person, with a real zest for helping others

11. Business administration qualification
12. You’re interested in supporting our learners hands-on with activities, learning opportunities or employment support – and have some skills to offer in this area.
