Manage the entire sensor product portfolio, from design to delivery.
Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and create business cases for new products.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps and Market Requirements Specifications (MRS).
Collaborate with R&D, Project Management, and Operations to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Provide training and technical support to global sales teams and distribution partners.
Oversee sensor technical support and customer service performance.
Lead competitive analysis and help create product collateral (manuals, datasheets, videos, etc.).
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including beta trials and early adopter programs.
Monitor industry trends, regulations, and innovations to keep ION competitive.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in product management (preferably in gas detection or sensor technologies).
Strong technical knowledge of sensors and related applications.
Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Commercially aware with strong data analysis and decision-making capabilities.
Familiar with market drivers such as legislation and technology trends.
