To deliver a high-quality service for all Bright and Beautiful clients ensuring that at all times we exceed the customer's expectations. Manage, motivate and develop your housekeeping team ensuring that duties are carried out in a professional, timely, reliable and organised manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high quality housekeeping services to ensure client satisfaction
* Maintain consistency of service by working to the clients personalised action list
* Ensure absolute security of all client's homes by following our strict security procedures
* To enhance client retention by reporting any client feedback or queries to management
* Mange the team's workload so that all jobs are completed in the time allocated
* Always ensure that the team represent our company's ethos and values.
* To protect our brand and always speak positively about our company and the management team.
* Carry out Induction Training for new members of team
* To ensure that Health & Safety procedures are always followed
* To maintain client confidentiality regarding contact details, living patterns etc.
* Ensure all team members have the correct kit, are professionally presented and arrive in a timely manner, completing work to time schedules
* To provide an honest and accurate summary of team members performance and attitude on a weekly basis
* To ensure that you explore options and provide potential solutions to find cover if
* To be proactive in marketing the business – delivering flyers/ referral cards etc.

Joining the team as a Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to develop your team management and organisational skills with this interesting and varied role. This is a field-based role and most of your time will be spent cleaning with the housekeeping teams. You will be coaching and developing your team of 2 housekeepers, including managing, identifying training needs within the team and consistently improving the quality by following our proven procedures.
