Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a Breakfast Manager to join our Leydi restaurant team at Hyde London City. You will be responsible for the overall daily running of the breakfast, ensuring smooth service and making sure guests feel special and eager to come back for more.
Responsibilities
* Run the daily show ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
* Team up with the culinary team on menus, service, and product availability.
* Run the daily briefing for the restaurant/bar team, promoting daily specials and upselling techniques.
* Coordinating and running the reservations system and drafting floor plan based on how many hungry guests we expect.
* Support the Restaurant Manager with Food & Beverage stock; ordering, stock take, and training.
* Handle the cash flow and ensure our revenue reports are in line with hotel standards.
* Team scheduling.
* Ensure the restaurant/bar area are Health and Safety compliant for each shift.
* Be responsible for the safe opening and closing of the restaurant.
Qualifications
* 3 years’ experience in restaurants, ideally in breakfast shift.
* Understanding of hospitality and intuition for guests’ needs.
* Ability to bring a unique, collaborative culture and deliver exceptional service.
