As a Data Analyst, you’ll join a team responsible for marketing, product, data, and content, providing insight across market-leading recruitment brands. Reporting to the Data & Insight Manager, your role will encompass various reporting and analytical responsibilities, emphasizing driving acquisition, retention strategies, and improving product performance.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring robust reporting of KPIs that influence strategic business decisions. At Reach Work, we encourage independence and creativity, assigning additional responsibilities aligned with your ability and professional growth.
As the new Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
1. Creating and maintaining digital marketing reports using Google Sheets and/or Excel to monitor SEO performance, traffic reporting, pay search, and digital analytics.
2. Developing and implementing data visualizations with Tableau, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets to analyze key metrics such as PPC, keyword reporting, and KPI reporting.
3. Using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, and Ahrefs to analyze data and communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
4. Presenting data-driven insights through Google Slides and/or Microsoft PowerPoint to support business decisions.
5. Gaining a thorough understanding of our SaaS platform (Madgex), its functionality, and its impact on the business.
6. Monitoring SEO performance using SEMRush and Google Search Console to optimize digital marketing strategies.
7. Transforming survey data into understandable graphs, charts, and commentary for the marketing team.
8. Utilizing SQL databases to analyze client account performance and site traffic to inform marketing strategies.
9. Setting up A/B experiments with clear hypotheses, audience parameters, and success metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
* At least 1+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a digital environment, working with marketing data, data mining, and analysis.
* Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
* Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
* Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing and research to support business decisions.
* A degree in a math/science-related subject is advantageous.
