Qualified Finance Recruitment Consultant Head of Financial Modelling required for one of the UK’s most recognised and trusted brands (Hybrid – Basingstoke/London)
Up to £110,000 (DOE) + £7,000 car allowance + annual bonus + private medical insurance
Office location: Basingstoke or London (hybrid, 3 days a week in the office + regular weekly travel to Basingstoke)
Stanton House are partnering with one the UK’s leading organisation with over a century of innovation and service to millions of customers. As the business continues to expand, diversify, and modernise, we are seeking a Head of Financial Modelling to join its high-performing Finance team.
Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this is a pivotal leadership role owning the Group’s Five-Year Plan process and the development of a dynamic, KPI-driven financial model to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with Business Units, Treasury, and senior executives to provide high-impact insight, scenario analysis, and financial leadership across the Group.
Key Requirements:
Proven FP&A leadership experience in a large, complex, multi-product organisation
Advanced Excel and complex financial modelling expertise
Strong commercial and strategic acumen
Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving performance improvement
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Group Five-Year Plan process, owning the development and stewardship of the Group’s financial model
Partner with Business Units to ensure accuracy, ownership, and accountability in assumptions and forecasts
Collaborate with Treasury on credit rating assessments and refinancing strategies
Deliver strategic insight through high-impact analysis and board-level presentations
Drive improvement in modelling and reporting standards across the finance function
Support strategic projects, including M&A evaluations and external stakeholder presentations
