Nurse – ADHD / ASD Specialist (Hybrid Working) Location: Huddersfield / Harrogate (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £55,000 FTE
Bonus: £250 Welcome Bonus (via Service Care Solutions)

Service Care Solutions are delighted to partner with an award winning neurodevelopmental provider to recruit an experienced Nurse with ASD/ADHD expertise. This is a permanent position offering flexibility, professional development, and the chance to make a real difference to young people and families.
Role Purpose As a Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner, you will conduct high?quality, evidence?based assessments for children and young people referred for Autism or ADHD. Working as part of a supportive MDT, you’ll contribute to accurate diagnostic outcomes, provide compassionate feedback to families, and help improve access to timely, person?centred care.
You’ll be part of a values driven service that invests in its clinicians through training, supervision, digital tools, and opportunities to shape service development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct structured, face to face observations as part of ASD/ADHD assessments
Participate in MDT diagnostic discussions and case formulations
Deliver clear, empathetic feedback to families following assessments
Produce high quality clinical reports using AI supported digital tools
Maintain compliance with clinical governance and service KPIs
Take part in regular supervision and reflective practice
Contribute to service development, quality improvements, and efficiency initiativesRequirements
Minimum 1 year post registration with:
NMC: General Nurse / Learning Disability Nurse / Mental Health Nurse
Minimum 1 year’s experience delivering diagnostic assessments for Autism and/or ADHD in children and young people
Tools may include DIVA, ADI?R, ADOS
