The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing all shipments entering and leaving the Road freight depot.

Duties & Responsibilities
The Customer Service Executive will have a variety of duties, including:
* Manifest daily export trailers and send related pre-advice
* Update collection and delivery status promptly
* Handle web bookings
* Monitor, chase, and process all PODs, ensuring timely updates in the internal system
* Follow up with delivery agents for outstanding PODs
* Coordinate with Warehouse and Transport teams to ensure smooth shipment movement
* Provide customer service by addressing queries from customers, subcontractors, and drivers via phone and email
Skills & Experience
* Flexible, adaptable, and quick to learn
* Ability to work independently
* Capable of working well under pressure
