Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a friendly, proactive, and conscientious individual with experience at a senior level to join us as a personal assistant (fixed term - 6 months) to the Care Group Directors. Experience of working within the NHS is desirable but not essential. This role is office based and will provide comprehensive support to the Care Group Directors and the senior leadership team.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive support to the Care Group Directors and the senior leadership team.
* Manage complex diaries to prioritise busy workloads and coordinate competing meeting attendance across the Care Group Directors.
* Compile complex agendas, invite guest speakers, and accurately record formal business minutes to Trust standards.
* Collate, analyse and monitor service data using Microsoft Excel; maintain orderly, confidential personal files.
* Liaise with stakeholders and handle sensitive information with discretion, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity.
* Work autonomously and liaise with senior leadership as needed.
* Close collaboration with other personal assistants in the Care Group to ensure appropriate cover and balance of workload.
Qualifications and Skills
* Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to maintain confidentiality in line with GDPR.
* Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages; proficient in Excel.
* Experience liaising with senior leadership and organizing meetings; ability to compile agendas and take accurate minutes.
* Excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage confidential personal files.
