Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing mental health service in a locked rehabilitation and recovery setting supporting adults with personality disorders, learning disabilities, and enduring mental illness.
As an RMN, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care and recovery-focused support as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a modern, well-equipped unit.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, evidence-based mental health care for a diverse service user group
Engage in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualised care plans
Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, promoting patient independence and wellbeing
Participate in clinical supervision and complete a competency development portfolio
Support ongoing service improvements, quality initiatives, and best practices
Requirements
Active NMC registration (RMN or RNLD)
Relevant clinical experience in mental health or learning disability settings
A positive, flexible approach to practice with strong communication skills
Commitment to quality, patient-centred care and continuous developmen
