The Opportunity:
The business is now ready to execute its buy-and-build strategy, with ongoing international deals requiring senior-level support. We are hiring an Interim Head of M&A to lead transaction execution, develop deal processes, and act as a strategic partner to the CEO and investors.
This role is suitable for a commercially-minded M&A professional with private equity experience.

* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with CEO, leadership, investors, advisors, and target stakeholders.
* Due Diligence Oversight: Coordinate financial, legal, commercial, and operational due diligence.
* Integration Planning: Ensure post-deal integration considerations during execution.
* Market Intelligence: Support strategic pipeline development with market insights.
* Documentation & Process: Prepare investment papers, refine M&A processes.
Candidate Profile:
* Extensive M&A experience, ideally within private equity-backed firms, investment banks, or corporate development.
* Understanding of transaction lifecycle and managing multiple deals.
