Job Title: Drainage Engineer
Location: Bishops Waltham, Southampton Area
Salary: £32,000- £35,000 + Overtime (Weekend work available)
About the Position:
We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Drainage Engineer to join our client based in Bishops Waltham. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and has a practical, team-focused attitude. The position offers ongoing work Monday to Friday, with working hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Servicing both commercial and domestic drains.
2. Operating a van and jet pack to carry out drainage work.
3. Working as part of a team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
4. Operating drainage jetting equipment, CCTV drainage, and the client’s jet vac lorry.
5. Carrying out maintenance, inspections, and repairs to drainage systems.
Ideal Candidate:
6. 3-5 years of experience in the drainage industry.
7. Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
8. Proficient in drain jetting, CCTV drainage surveys, and other relevant drainage tasks.
9. Relevant qualifications in the drainage sector.
10. Must be comfortable working with both a van and as a second operator on a jet vac lorry.
11. Full UK driving license is essential.
