Howden Joinery is currently recruiting for an L&D Service Partner to support the delivery of a simple and efficient service that supports the development of capability for all our employees. Based at our office in Croxley (Watford), Your responsibilities will include framing, scoping and analysing the learning requirements of transformational activities in response to the assigned project and change training requirements. The L&D Service Partner will be instrumental in identifying and designing learning solutions. These solutions are aimed at driving employee performance, achieving project success measures, and gaining stakeholder buy-in. What will you be doing as the L&D Service Partner: Collaborate across the organisation to plan and execute over 50 annual L&D transformational change and project programs, ensuring alignment with all L&D services. Engage with key stakeholders to synchronise business needs with learning solutions, representing L&D on projects impacting our extensive workforce. Assist the L&D Service Lead in analysing project requirements and devising learning solutions that fulfil business objectives. Design learning solutions within deadlines to support project success metrics and enhance employee capabilities while accommodating hybrid work with occasional UK travel. Support the L&D Service Lead in delivering a streamlined service fostering employee capability development. Contribute to interpreting and delivering learning requirements for transformational projects. Develop innovative learning solutions that meet business needs and adhere to L&D design standards, including train-the-trainer workshops. Align learning initiatives with overall L&D strategic priorities under the guidance of the L&D Service Lead. Provide insights and recommendations gleaned from stakeholder interactions. Project manage end-to-end learning initiatives, ensuring prompt delivery. Coordinate resources and stakeholders to meet project deadlines effectively. Enhance learning solutions based on feedback and performance evaluations. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in L&D. What do you need to qualify for the L&D service Partner: Proficient in the entire L&D cycle, adept at leading teams through all phases. Skilled in managing cross-functional projects from inception to integration. Utilises qualitative and quantitative data for effective program management. Extensive knowledge of program management principles, including documentation creation, budget management, and methodology. Up-to-date with the latest learning practices, trends, and emerging concepts. Demonstrated success in identifying, acquiring, and implementing LMS solutions that yield tangible business benefits. Technically proficient across all aspects of LMS operation. Incorporates diversity and inclusion seamlessly into learning and development initiatives. Collaborates with stakeholders to devise impactful solutions that yield ROI. Analyses data adeptly to address business challenges. Proficient in MS Office suite. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, tailored to diverse audiences. Effective influencer with proven coaching and consulting abilities.
