The Opportunity
They are looking for a leader within the home to support the Therapeutic Carers.
As a Registered Manager, you will be an integral part of the Management Team.
This role is perfect for someone with experience as a Manager, Deputy or similar role in children's homes and who is looking to take the next step in their career.

Your Main Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a team of childcare professionals
* Maintain Ofsted compliance and drive quality standards
* Oversee personalised care planning and implementation
* Manage resources and home operations effectively
* Foster positive relationships with external professionals
* Support staff development through supervision and training
* Implement robust safeguarding procedures
* Create a nurturing and structured home environment
* On call and some weekends availability
What You'll Bring
* Level 5 Qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
* Substantial experience in children's residential settings
* Evidence of 'good' or 'outstanding' Ofsted Inspections
* Thorough knowledge of childcare legislation and best practice
* Proven ability to lead teams through challenges
* Understanding of trauma-informed approaches
* Experience working with regulatory frameworks
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Enhanced DBS clearance (essential)
