Your Role
As a Site Services Team Member, you’ll be an essential part of our engineering team, ensuring the smooth operation of site services. Reporting to the Site Services Manager, you’ll tackle a variety of tasks, including:
* Conducting building repairs and general site maintenance
* Supporting statutory checks and audits
* Maintaining key site services like boilers, air compressors, effluent systems, and sprinkler systems

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Carry out statutory inspections, building repairs, and general site maintenance to a high standard.
* Take on varied tasks that present new challenges, from boiler and effluent checks to utility support.
* Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to keep the site running smoothly.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and prepare for technical audits.
* Develop your expertise across a broad range of maintenance activities in a supportive team environment.

What We’re Looking For
If you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and experience, we’d love to hear from you:
* A proven trade background or apprenticeship, with basic plumbing and joinery skills (electrical knowledge is a plus).
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to support the wider team.
* Experience in general maintenance or as a handyperson; transferable skills are welcomed.
* CSCS card is desirable – we encourage applications even if not all criteria are met.
