The Vaccination and Living Well Team is seeking a motivated and resourceful administrator to join our team in Tarvin. This role supports our efforts in delivering outreach care and support to patients across Cheshire and Merseyside.
The position involves a variety of administrative and clerical responsibilities, including:
1. Processing immunisation and health check documents
2. Scanning and photocopying
3. Uploading paperwork to folders
4. Preparing health documentation for clinic sessions
5. Answering calls and forwarding messages
This role requires regular telephone and email contact with patients, stakeholders, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a flexible and proactive approach, and a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner.
This position is fixed term: 3 months, part-time, 30 hours per week.
CWP has adopted the Living Wage, and where the standard Agenda for Change hourly rate is below this, pay will be supplemented to the Living Wage level.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Performing a comprehensive range of administrative duties
2. Effective communication with patients, stakeholders, and healthcare professionals
3. Using general office procedures and Microsoft Office applications (full training on CWP systems will be provided)
