AstheProjects&LogisticsCoordinator,youwillcoordinatethedailydespatchlist,liaisewiththeProductionandWarehouseTeamsreviewinganydeliveryissuestoensureourcustomersarekeptinformedandtransportorganised.Thisisabusyandvariedrole,youmustbeabletoworktodeadlines,bewellorganisedwiththeabilityto'juggleandprioritisetasks.
KeyResponsibilities
* Responsiblefortheday-to-dayorganizationofcollectionsanddeliveriesviamultidropcourieranddedicatedcouriers
* Maintainclosecommunicationviaemailandphonewithourclientstoarrangeandagreeshipmentofgoods.
* Updateandmaintaintheprojectplanningsoftware
* WorkcloselyalongsidecolleaguesincludingProjectmanagersandGoodsOut
* ToassistintheWorkshopareawiththeorganisationofdespatchinggoodsasandwhenrequired.
* LiaisewithourcustomersyouwillpredominatelybeofficebasedbutwillalsoberequiredtospendtimeintheWorkshopareahelpingwiththeorganisationofdespatchinggoods.
* Completereviewandsignoffinvoicesforpaymentdealingwithanyquerieswithourcouriersuppliers
* BarcodingSchedulingincludingmovingoldschedulesontonewschedulesandprintingbarcodesfortheWorkshop
* Collaterelevantpaperworkforalldeliveriesincludingdeliverynotes,schedulesandpackinglists
* Vehicles-VanstobebookedinforMOTandService,TaxforDirectorscars
* Updatespreadsheetstoensureprojects,goodsout,andoperationsisinvolvedintheplanningprocess
* Updatingaccountswithprojectsscheduledfordispatchtoconfirmthatdeliverycanbearranged
Requires:
* Astrongcommunicatorwhohasdealtwithclientsand/ordifferentstakeholdersinthepast,withgoodITliteracy(incExcel)&anabilitytojugglemultiplepriorities
* Youshouldhaveadmin&communicationorientedexperience,ideallywith2+yearsexperience
