Salary: £25,500 per annum (pro rata - £12.23 per hour) plus commission

Our Sales Advisors are the face of our business. As a Sales Advisor, you will:
* Act as an ambassador for CareCo, providing the very best customer service at all times
* Build a relationship with our customers to determine their specific needs
* Identify opportunities for upselling while being mindful of our customer demographic
* Demonstrate how to use our products, including dismantling and lifting
About you
To be considered for the position of Sales Advisor, you will need:
* Exceptional customer service skills demonstrated through previous work experience
* Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to adapt based on the individual
* An empathetic, caring and patient approach
* Computer/IT proficiency, with the ability to learn and master our computer order system
* The ability to learn and retain key information across a large range of products
Sales experience is not an essential requirement, but you should be comfortable and confident interacting with people to sell our products and meet Showroom targets.
