We’re recruiting on behalf of a busy Cotswolds pub and boutique hotel for an experienced Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of the venue.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead service from the floor, support the management team, and help deliver a great guest experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

What You’ll Do
* Support the daily running of the pub, restaurant, and hotel
* Lead service and maintain high guest experience standards
* Help manage rotas, staffing, and team performance
* Support stock control and operational procedures
* Train and motivate the front-of-house team

* Experience in a supervisor or Assistant Manager hospitality role
* Confident, hands-on leadership style
* Strong communication and organisation skills
