This is a rewarding opportunity to support service users with complex needs and mental health conditions, including those transitioning from CYP environments. You’ll bring your NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, your resilience, and your passion for person-centred care to a role where no two days are the same—and every day makes a difference.

Responsibilities
* Organising and overseeing the smooth running of shifts
* Supervising and supporting care staff
* Ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of service users
* Responding to challenges with professionalism and empathy
* Engaging in community activities alongside service users

Qualifications
* Proven experience in mental health and complex needs care
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
* Leadership skills and a proactive approach
* A caring nature and willingness to support with personal hygiene
* Strong communication skills and a good sense of humour
* The ability to manage challenging behaviours with resilience and positivity
