Role
We're looking for a dynamic Teaching Associate (Business & Finance) to inspire and equip students to excel in business, accounting, and finance. You'll deliver high-quality teaching, support student learning, and contribute to programme design and delivery aligned with UA92's core values: We care, We're Brave & Bold, We're Inclusive.
What you'll be doing:
* Deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops in business, finance, and accounting modules
* Design learning materials and assessments that are interactive, relevant and applied
* Provide meaningful feedback and support to help students succeed; office hours/mentoring
* Collaborate in curriculum development: updating modules, integrating real-world case studies
* Engage in UA92's applied learning ethos industry partnerships, live briefs, guest lecturesContribute to quality assurance: assessment moderation, compliance, continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
* Degree and/or professional qualification in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field - including AAT
* Experience of teaching in higher education, further education or professionally based trainin
* Strong industry awareness/experience is a plus-bringing applied, practical understanding
* Passion for student success: excellent communication skills, empathy, mentoring mindset
* Innovative approach: using technology, case studies, and collaborative learning
* Ability to work as part of a team and adapt in a fast-moving, growing environment
Desirable
* Technology-enabled financial innovation (FinTech),
* AI applications in Accounting and Finance,
* Sustainable business practices,
* Strategic financial management.
