As they expand their portfolio of complex, large-scale projects, they are looking for a Bid Manager to play a key role in securing new business and driving strategic growth.
The Bid Manager will:
* Lead the bidding process from client engagement to final submission.
* Provide technical insight, ensuring proposals meet client and industry standards.
* Collaborate with Sales, Preconstruction, and Estimating teams for seamless project handover.
* Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the bid lifecycle.
* Develop competitive, high-quality, and cost-effective bids aligned with company objectives.
Essential Skills:
* Proven experience in façade bid management and estimating is a must.
* Strong technical knowledge of façade systems.
* Ability to manage complex bids and client relationships.
* Collaborative mindset, working across teams to deliver winning bids.
