Tradewind Recruitment Nottingham is now recruiting passionate and motivated ECTs for Primary Supply Teacher roles starting in September 2026. We work with a wide network of welcoming and well-established primary schools across Nottingham, Mansfield, Newark, West Bridgford, and surrounding Nottinghamshire areas.

As an ECT working in supply teaching, you will:

Many of our ECTs secure permanent roles in schools where they initially completed supply work.
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging and creative lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
* Follow existing lesson plans or adapt learning activities where required
* Create positive and inclusive classroom environments
* Support pupil progress, wellbeing, and engagement
* Adapt confidently to different Primary School settings across Nottinghamshire
* Uphold high teaching and safeguarding standards at all times
To be considered for these ECT Teaching opportunities, you should have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be due to complete your teacher training in 2026
* A genuine passion for Primary Education
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching
* An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
