Hybrid role - Solihull, West Midlands
Prismatic Mortgage Network, part of LSL Property Services plc, is the largest mortgage and protection network in the UK, with around 1,000 business partners and 3,000 advisors, holding about 11% of the UK mortgage market share.
The Financial Services division also includes TMA and Direct Life.
Role Purpose
* Design, produce and execute broker‑facing end‑to‑end campaigns for technology developments, product launches and regulatory changes.
* Develop multi‑channel recruitment campaigns and marketing materials to support the Sales team’s recruitment objectives and lead generation.
* Champion broker satisfaction and highlight propositional benefits across AR and DA offerings, identifying key messages that resonate with both audiences.
* Lead marketing support for brokers, providing regular and impactful marketing bundles to help them promote and grow their businesses.
* Identify trends and use reporting insights to support future campaign success.
* Secure stakeholder buy‑in and present ideas and campaign results to demonstrate value.
* Act as a key contact for business relationships across the Strategic Partnerships team, Sales Director and Proposition Director.
* Work closely with Marketing Assistants, providing guidance and direction so they can support campaign activity.
Skills & Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills.
* Knowledge of communication channels.

* Creative copywriting.
* Co‑ordination of multiple projects and ability to meet deadlines.
* Team player attitude.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Three years minimum experience in a similar role.
Desirable Skills And Experience
* Financial services and product knowledge.
* Broad awareness of financial promotions regulations.
* Experience with WordPress and HubSpot.
* Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification or equivalent.
Salary and Benefits
Base salary £30,000‑£35,000 DOE and negotiable. Hybrid arrangement: 3 days at Birmingham Business Park in Solihull, 2 days remote.
