Freelance Paid Media Specialist — CoachScribe (Personar)

CoachScribe is an AI-powered coaching analytics platform that turns live session audio into instant performance insights. We're launching our desktop product and are looking for an experienced paid media specialist to build and manage campaigns from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing

Setting up and managing paid campaigns across Google Search, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn, targeting coaches and club/team buyers across five sport verticals: soccer, tennis, softball, baseball, and football. These represent our initial focus, with expansion into additional sports planned over time.

Initial setup will take place 2–3 days ahead of launch, followed by ongoing optimisation at approximately 1–2 days per week across a 90-day initial engagement.

Target Audiences

Two primary buyer personas, each requiring distinct messaging, channel strategy, and creative:

Individual Coaches — self-employed or academy-based coaches looking to professionalise their workflow, improve session feedback, and deliver measurable performance insights to their athletes.

Institutional Buyers — heads of sport, performance directors, club managers, and administrators making purchasing decisions for teams or squads.

What We Need From You

Proven B2B SaaS campaign experience, ideally with a prosumer or SMB product

Google Search: keyword strategy, ad copy, and negative keyword management

Meta: interest targeting and lookalike audience development

LinkedIn: job title, company size, and industry targeting

Conversion tracking setup with clean attribution from ad click through to demo or trial signup

Experience integrating paid media attribution into CRM workflows

Reporting on CPL by channel and vertical, with clear budget reallocation recommendations based on performance data

Awareness of emerging AI-driven search environments (e.g., OpenAI and similar platforms) is a plus

Budget

Indicative ad spend of £4,000–£5,000 per month across channels. UK and US markets will be managed separately. We're open to channel reallocation recommendations as performance data develops.

Engagement

This is a freelance contract role. Monthly retainer or day rate considered. Initial engagement of 30 days with option to extend.

2nd March 2026
