Key Responsibilities
* Create memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
* Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
* Interact with customers, educate on products, and build rapport.
* Maintain store standards including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, and safety procedures.
* Handle cash management and adhere to security, safety, and stock accuracy policies.
* Promote customer loyalty through updates on collections and gathering customer data.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
* Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
* Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
* Passion for our brands and lifestyles.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Positive, professional attitude.
* Willingness to learn and share product knowledge.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
