UX Designer - Wellness Brand
£300 day Outside IR35 6 months Surrey / Central London (occasional on-site)
We're working with a fast-growing wellness brand on the lookout for a talented UX Designer to join their team on a freelance basis. With an exciting European launch just around the corner, this is a brilliant opportunity to make a real impact on acquisition and retention across their website.
What you'll be doing
* Conducting user research and usability testing to uncover insights and opportunities.
* Designing intuitive, engaging experiences that drive acquisition and customer loyalty.
* Collaborating with product, marketing, and development teams to deliver data-informed solutions.
* Iterating on designs based on feedback, analytics, and customer behaviour.
* Considering European markets in your design approach, ensuring accessibility and cultural relevance.
What we're looking for
* Strong background in UX design with proven experience in optimising websites for growth and retention.
* A research-driven mindset - you know how to turn insights into action.
* Confident working in an iterative, feedback-friendly environment.
* Experience designing for European markets
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders across teams.
