The Role
You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their go‑to contact for everything from onboarding to ongoing support. This is a relationship‑first role, but you’ll also need to be confident with technical conversations and fast‑paced projects. It’s perfect for someone with a background in SaaS or ATS, who enjoys variety and has a knack for keeping clients happy.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs
* Leading client onboarding and implementation from start to finish
* Handling technical and functional queries with support from internal teams
* Running sprint meetings to prioritise client tasks and track delivery
* Overseeing user acceptance testing to ensure everything works as expected
* Identifying upsell opportunities and promoting add‑ons or new features
* Leading contract renewals and driving client engagement
* Keeping accurate client records and CRM notes
* Collaborating with teams across product, development, and support
* Coordinating with third‑party providers like job boards and HR systems

You’ll Need
* Experience in account management, customer success, or implementation within SaaS or ATS
* Strong understanding of recruitment software and workflows
* Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end client projects
* Great communication skills with both technical and non‑technical contacts
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise across a busy portfolio
* Familiarity with agile working and sprint planning
* Experience using tools like Jira, Salesforce, ChurnZero, and Slack
