Role: Locum Solicitor - Wills & Probate Location: Reading Rate: £45 - £55 per hour (self-employed) Contract: 3 months (with potential extension) The Opportunity CRA Consulting are working with a well-established law firm in Reading who require an experienced Wills & Probate Locum Solicitor to provide cover for a key period of transition. This assignment will run for approximately 3 months while the firm completes its permanent recruitment process. The Role The successful candidate will: Manage a broad caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, and LPAs. Ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently, maintaining excellent client care standards. Work independently with minimal supervision, providing continuity to the department during this interim period.
