About the Role: As a core part of our newly established Growth squad, our Creative Lead will be responsible for bringing our mission, technology and business to life through the creation of captivating digital content, with a focus on short-form video production and design. You’ll own the entire content creation process end-to-end, from ideation and scripting, to production and delivery. Your work will span product walk-throughs, customer success stories, user testimonials, and social content that drives engagement with our B2B and B2C audiences across channels, particularly LinkedIn. If you're energised by the 0-1 building, love experimenting with new formats and motion design techniques, and take pride in your craft, this role will give you the ownership and creative freedom to make a meaningful impact. What You’ll Do: Own and oversee the entire content lifecycle, from ideation to script writing to production and delivery Create short-form video content, including interviews and customer success stories, highlighting features and the real-world impact of our platform Design and produce engaging visual content for use across socials, notably LinkedIn Collaborate with Product to storyboard and deliver video walkthroughs, demos, and customer journeys Work alongside Marketing and Product teams to refine visual content strategy and adapt to audience trends Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand guidelines across all visual assets Use performance data to iterate on design, optimising for audience engagement Stay ahead of visual design trends, integrating innovative motion and graphic design techniques Requirements: 3-5 years’ experience in video production, content creation, and graphic design Strong portfolio showcasing social content, short video projects and motion graphics Proficiency in industry standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Final Cut, Canva) Passion for distilling complex concepts (like AI legal tools) into simple, compelling visual stories Knowledge of social media content design best practices Experience collaborating with Product/Tech teams to create digital experiences is highly desirable Excellent attention to detail and a drive to innovate Self-starter with strong communication and time management skills UK Benefits: ✈️ 34 Holidays (25 days annual leave your birthday off bank hols in England) Equity (Share Options) Pension ⛳️ Regular team building activities and socials! 20% off legal fees through Lawhive US Benefits: Healthcare benefits: 'Premium' plan with 100% employee cover and 50% dependent cover ✈️ Vacation: 20 days 11 Federal holidays 1 day of Birthday leave 401k: Matching contribution up to 2% of salary Equity: Options in Lawhive LTD
