Senior Quantity Surveyor - Doncaster, United Kingdom. Salary: £60,000 - £70,000. Location: Doncaster (with travel across UK & Ireland). Sector: Commercial Fit-out & Construction. A well-established fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The company delivers a range of high-quality commercial projects across office, retail, hospitality, leisure, and public sectors.
Responsibilities
* Full QS duties including BOQ creation, valuations, variations, and financial reporting
* Pre- and post-contract cost management and procurement
* Cost analysis, forecasting, and expenditure tracking
* Vendor/subcontractor cost monitoring and recovery
* Client and stakeholder engagement
* Site visits across the UK and Ireland as required
Requirements
* Degree in Quantity Surveying
* Minimum 5 years' experience in fit-out or construction
* Strong knowledge of UK and Irish markets
* Proficient in measurement software, Excel, and Word
* MRICS qualification (advantageous)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ambitious and motivated to progress within a dynamic organisation
