Support the Sales team by managing documentation, processing sales, and coordinating client communications.
Maintain and update databases, records, and reports to ensure accurate and timely information.
Liaise with internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure smooth sales transactions and service delivery.
Assist with financial processing and ensure compliance with relevant security standards.
Provide general administrative support including correspondence, scheduling, and data entry.
Contribute to the overall efficiency of the sales process through proactive coordination and problem-solving.Experience ideally required:
Previous experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced environment (sales or marketing experience advantageous).
Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident telephone manner with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.
A professional and approachable attitude when dealing with colleagues, clients, and partners.
Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
