This Customer Service Advisor role offers a mix of customer contact and admin support across savings and mortgage services. You’ll be part of a busy, friendly team where accuracy and initiative are valued.
As Customer Service Advisor you will benefit from:

As Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
Handling customer enquiries via phone and face-to-face
Processing savings and mortgage transactions
Supporting online services and technical queries
Escalating complaints and risks appropriately
As Customer Service Advisor, your experience will include:
Excellent customer service skills and experience within a cusotmer focused environent
Admin experience and strong PC skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Willingness to work towards Retail Banking Certificate or CeMAP
Knowledge of Money Laundering and data protection (desirable)
