Essential Criteria for a Mental Health Support Assistant:
* A 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK University is required.
* A genuine passion for teaching and supporting SEND students.
* Previous experience working with SEMH children in a child-centred role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Pay: £444-£513 Weekly via PAYE (Holiday Pay Included)
