About the Business Department:
The Business Department is comprised of a dedicated team of experienced educators passionate about teaching and learning. Collaboration and professional development are key priorities within the department, offering a supportive environment for teachers to thrive.
Responsibilities:
* Teach Business to KS4 and KS5, including GCSE and A-Level.
* Develop and deliver engaging and effective lessons that inspire students.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Contribute to curriculum development and innovation to ensure an up-to-date and engaging syllabus.
* Promote the practical application of Business concepts through real-world examples and projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree in Business, Economics, or a related subject.
* PGCE or QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
* Experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5 (including PGCE placements).
* ECTs are encouraged to apply and will be fully supported.
