Customer Support Advisor (30hrs) – Milton Keynes, MK10
Pay
£14.00p/h + 33 holidays (25 days + 8 BH)
Duration
6‑month plus contract
Responsibilities
* Answer calls and emails from clients
* Resolve customer issues
* Raise and progress returns and invoice queries
* Perform root‑cause analysis and issue prevention
Qualifications
* Ability to multi‑task
* Deliver a first‑class customer experience in an office environment
* Operate in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused setting
* Good IT skills (SAP an advantage; client will train)
* Good attendance and time‑keeping
