looking for a proactive and enthusiastic ICT Trainer to join our dynamic ICT team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping how our colleagues use technology to deliver outstanding services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Delivering high-quality ICT induction and refresher training across the business.
* Creating engaging training content, including video guides and SharePoint resources.
* Supporting project delivery with tailored training plans and documentation.
* Promoting data quality, GDPR awareness, and digital best practices.
* Collaborating with teams to ensure training aligns with business needs and workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
* A confident communicator with experience delivering training in-person and online (MS Teams).
* Strong knowledge of MS365, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
* A passion for learning and helping others grow their digital skills.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* A positive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* Level 5 qualification (NVQ, HND or equivalent).
* Level 3 or Certificate in Education & Training (or similar).
* GCSEs (A–C) in English & Maths.
* Experience in training delivery and understanding of databases/workflows.
Desirable Extras:
* MS365 certification.
* Experience publishing training content to SharePoint.
* Advanced MS365 skills and creative training approaches.
