We manufacture all our products and fulfil every customer order in-house at our Trafford Park facility in Manchester. Our team has grown from 15 to 25 over the past 12 months, and we're just getting started.

As Creative & Content Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing the creative direction of Just Bee as we scale. You'll define what "good" looks like for the brand, then roll up your sleeves to make it happen. You'll lead the creation of all branded content, responsible for how we look, feel and show up across all touchpoints - from paid digital and social content to packaging and physical brand assets. This is a highly hands-on role, combining strategic thinking with day-to-day creative execution, supported by freelance talent and AI-powered tools. You'll work closely with the founders, marketing and growth teams to deliver creative that builds customer acquisition, brand love and drives performance.
Creative direction
Own and evolve Just Bee's brand identity across digital, packaging and physical touchpoints.
Ensure all creative output successfully lands our brand positioning, consistently on-brand and commercially effective.
Collaborate with marketing to develop creative concepts in line with Just Bees content strategy that drive engagement, conversion and brand loyalty.
Own the execution of high-performing creative for paid online advertising, social media, email, website, printed collateral and packaging.
Execution
Own the creation of high quality on brand content including graphics, video & photography in collaboration with freelancers where required.
Produce high-quality short and long-form content specifically for online ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), ensuring assets are optimised for performance.
Film, capture and edit content across devices at high volume and pace.
Create images, graphics and lightweight design assets that bring the brand world to life across platforms.
Use Adobe Creative Cloud daily - including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and InDesign -to deliver fast, high-quality outputs.
Build and maintain a content library.
Identify opportunities to use AI tools to enhance speed, creativity and output quality - from ideation and storyboarding to editing, image generation and creative testing.
Maintain best-practice knowledge of new AI creative tools and integrate them safely and responsibly into workflow.
Key Performance Indicators:
Delivery of high-quality, on-brand creative assets within agreed timelines and budgets.
Improvement in paid media performance driven by creative (e.g. CTR, thumb-stop rate, ROAS).
Consistent application of brand identity and messaging across all touchpoints.
Positive feedback from internal stakeholders, creators and agency partners.
Contribution to growth of brand awareness, engagement and trial.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in creating content for digital marketing, ideally for DTC, FMCG, wellness or lifestyle brands.
Strong portfolio demonstrating hand-on creation of paid social assets using photography, graphics & video.
Highly competent in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and InDesign.
Clear understanding of how ad platforms work (Meta, TikTok, Google), and how creative impacts performance.
Strong understanding of AI creative tools and how to apply them practically.
Ability to work quickly, handle pressure, juggle multiple deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
A natural storyteller with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for wellness.
Confident, curious and creative, always proactively finding new content opportunities.
Experience working in small, fast-moving teams is a strong advantage.
