Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fire & Security Team Leader to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer ready to step into a leadership role, overseeing projects and supporting a team across a range of high-profile railway contracts.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, supervise, and support a team of fire & security engineers
* Oversee installation, maintenance, and servicing of systems
* Ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations
* Liaise with clients and project managers to ensure smooth delivery
* Assist with planning and allocation of work
* Provide technical guidance and fault-finding support
Systems Experience Required
* Addressable Fire Alarms: Morley, Advanced
* Conventional Fire Alarms: C-Tec
* Intruder Alarms: Texecom
* Access Control Systems: Paxton, Honeywell
* CCTV Systems: Dahua
Requirements
* Proven experience in fire and security systems
* Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred
* Strong fault-finding and technical knowledge
* Full UK driving licence
* Willingness to travel across the North West
* Experience working on railway or infrastructure projects is advantageous
