Overview
Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital is a premiere clinical and academic health system that provides expert pediatric care for infants, children, and teens with some of the most challenging medical problems. With more than half of the 259 beds in our teaching hospital devoted to intensive care level services, we are the regional pediatric referral center for Florida’s west coast.
Responsibilities
The Clinical Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Lifeline Critical Care Transport department.
* Analyzes, develops, and implements methods and systems to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of services.
* Creates an environment that promotes patient‑centered, specialized, and evidence‑based nursing care throughout the continuum.
* Accounts for the quality outcomes of the unit(s) or cost center(s).
* Participates in and develops quality improvement processes, including goals and performance measurements, and leads teams to excellence.
* Ensures service‑excellence expectations are understood by all staff and that staff are properly trained on core values.
* Develops collaborative relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other team members and departments.
Qualifications
* BSN required.
* Current licensure in the State of Florida as a Registered Nurse.
* Certification in a nursing specialty.
* Minimum of five years’ critical care transport experience; at least two years at the supervisor level.
* Basic Life Support, American Heart Association certifications.

Salary
Minimum $49.54 per hour – Maximum $76.79 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
