Position Overview:
We are currently seeking friendly, professional, and motivated Waiters/Waitresses to join our front-of-house team. You'll play a key role in ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience, from warm greetings to knowledgeable menu recommendations and attentive service.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and seat guests with a welcoming attitude
* Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
* Provide menu guidance and suggestions
* Serve dishes and drinks promptly and professionally
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
* Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a waiter/waitress
* Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Passion for Italian cuisine and culture and knowledge of Italian language is a plus
