Job Description
Key responsibilities consist of:
3. Manage and nurture client relationships for sustained business growth.
4. Liaise with the onboarding & induction of new business accounts.
5. Implement strategies to retain and expand the customer base.
6. Ability to account manage multiple business case requests.
7. End-to-end prospecting duties from initially actioned leads.
8. Source self-sufficient leads.
9. Scheduling & attending outbound sales meetings.
10. Regularly review customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
11. Uphold the company's brand image and values in all interactions.
12. Continuously coordinate & follow cross-functional referrals.
13. Understand and work within the policy standards of individual customers to ensure service provisions/requirements are fulfilled.
14. Manage and maintain client accounts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
15. Upselling and expanding business opportunities.
16. Surpassing high-volume sales targets in a team-driven environment.
17. Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate is expected to possess:
18. Minimum 2 years cross-functional sales experience.
