The Role: French-Speaking Recruitment Sales This is a sales-focused career path rather than an HR/Talent Acquisition role, where youll use your French fluency to: Build relationships with clients and candidates in French-speaking markets. Source top talent and negotiate deals across France, Belgium & Luxembourg. Hit sales targets in a fast-paced, commission-rich environment. Key Responsibilities: Business Development Prospect and close deals with French-speaking clients. Candidate Sourcing Headhunt freelancers, contractors and permanent professionals in the BENELUX region. Networking Attend industry events and engage with stakeholders in their native language. Sales & Negotiation Use your fluency to build trust and close placements. Who We Want: Fluent/Native French speakers (business-level proficiency).
